Scott Hosts Town Hall in Norfolk

NEWPORT NEWS, VA – On Monday, March 20th, Congressman Bobby Scott (VA-03) hosted an in-person Town Hall in Norfolk, Virginia. This town hall was an opportunity for constituents to learn and ask questions about Congressman Scott’s work in Washington and legislation currently being debated in Congress.
