Scott to Host Telephone Town Hall on Bipartisan Infrastructure Law

NEWPORT NEWS, VA –On, December 21^st, Congressman Bobby Scott (VA-03) hosted a Telephone Town Hall on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) that was recently signed into law by President Biden. Congressman Scott was joined by Virginia Deputy Secretary of Transportation John Lawson. This town hall was an opportunity for constituents to learn more about how the BIL is a historic investment in jobs and the economy, how it will benefit Hampton Roads and Virginia, and ask any questions they had.
