Scott to Host Telephone Town Hall

NEWPORT NEWS, VA – Congressman Bobby Scott (VA-03) held a Telephone Town Hall on Thursday, April 4th at 6:30 p.m. This town hall was an opportunity for constituents to learn and ask questions about the work being done in Washington.
