Portsmouth Town Hall

On May 4th, 2026, Congressman Bobby Scott (VA-03) held a town hall in Portsmouth. Congressman Scott provided an update on what is happening in Washington and gave constituents the opportunity to ask questions. Topics covered were President Trump’s war in Iran, the dismantling of the U.S. Department of Education, lowering costs, the Republican health care crisis, voting rights, and more.

This town hall marks Congressman Scott having held an in-person town hall in all five localities in Virginia’s Third Congressional District during the 119th Congress.
